Episodic Acute Stress
Episodic acute stress is caused when someone experiences frequent periods of acute stress. Episodic acute stress usually occurs when people take on more projects than they can handle, this then often leads to them constantly being in a rush, being very disorganised and are often running late.

Chronic stress is caused when an individual feels like they are trapped in a situation. Some of these situations include;
